Our Premium quality handmade Thai Southern Spicy Curry Paste is inspired from the region. Made from fresh high quality ingrediants from Thailand as part of the Royal Thai Project where organic ingredients are selected to make each individual packet of paste.
You will find that our Southern Spicy Curry paste is completely Vegan friendly and Gluten free, allowing you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Southern Spicy Curry. There are hints of cumin in this paste mixed with chilli and a very unique flavour. You will find on the back of the packet, a step by step recipe on how to make the curry and the additional ingrediants you will need to buy, some of which are available as part of our range of products. There is also a QR code on the packet which takes you to a quick easy to follow video to help make your dish perfect to your liking.
This curry paste definitely has a level of heat to it. Coming from the Southern region of Thailand which is known for its spicy food. We would give this a spice level of 5 out of 5.
