Premium quality Ready made Red Curry Sauce. Made from fresh high quality ingrediants from Thailand as part of the Royal Thai Project where organic ingredients are selected to make each individual packet of curry sauce. This curry sauce is not vegetarian and contains Fish sauce and Shrimp paste.


You will find that our allows you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Thai curries without the faff. Simply cook your veg or meat of choice and pour in the sauce, that's it!

    Coconut milk 63.9%, Red curry paste (dried Red chili, Thai garlic,
    fully refined soybean oil, lemongrass, shallot, galangal, coriander,
    salt, kaffir lime, shrimp paste(shrimp(crustacean), salt), sweet
    basil leaves, White pepper powder) 8.7%, Water 7.5%, Coconut
    sugar 5.1%, Red chili 3.2%, Fish sauce(anchovy (fish), salt,
    sugar) 2.8%, Garlic 2.8%, Fully refined soybean oil 1.6%, Shallot
    1.4%, Sweet basil leaves 0.8%, Kaffir lime 0.8%, Coriander 0.55%,
    Finger roots 0.55%, Salt 0.1%, Coriander seed 0.1%, Cumin
    powder 0.1%.

    Free from all additives, artificial colours, preservatives GMO and MSG, contains fish sauce and shrimp paste. 

  • When drying red chili, new flavor compounds are created, ranging
    from sweet anise-like flavors to nutty, woody, and roasted nuances while still making the red curry paste hot, pungent, and fruity. Our blend also draws out the citrus and floral sides of the chilies with coriander and lemongrass. To temper the fieriness, we’ve also added the mild fruity-sour tamarind paste.
