This Cooking Kit serves 2 people and has everything you need to create the perfect Green Curry including a sachet of fish sauce, coconut cream powder, dried Thai spices and of course the green curry paste, allowing you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Thai curries.
You will find on the back of the packet, a step by step recipe on how to make the Thai Green Curry and the additional ingrediants you will need to buy. There is a QR code on the packet which takes you to a quick easy to follow video to help make your curries.
Tip: You can adjust the amount of fish sauce you add to the curry and palm sugar according to your tastes. For vegetarians instead of using fish sauce you can use light soy sauce as an alternative. Add some fresh Sweet Holy basil for added flavour.
The Green Curry paste does has a little kick to it with a spice level of 3 out of 5.
