This curry sauce is not vegetarian and contains Fish sauce and Shrimp paste.

  • Ingredients 

    Coconut Milk 58.0%, Panaeng curry paste 18.0%, Water 9.0%,Coconut Sugar 4.0%, Solanum 3.0%, Fully refined soybean oil2.0%, Sweet basil leaves 2.0%, Fish sauce (anchovies(fish), salt,sugar) 1.0%, Red chili 1.0%, Sugar 1.0%, Kaffir lime leaves 0.5%, Shrimp paste (shrimp(crustacean), salt) 0.5%.

    Free from all additives, artificial colours, preservatives GMO and MSG, contains fish sauce and shrimp paste. 

  • Although very close in appearance to the red curry due to the use of dried red chili, Panaeng curry is milder than the latter. The blend and
    proportion are different which gives it a very creamy and nutty aroma. Moreover. the curry paste has a deep, sweet and woody flavor due to the presence of similar spice mixes to the Massaman curry.
