Our Premium quality handmade Thai Panaeng Curry Paste. Made from fresh high quality ingrediants from Thailand as part of the Royal Thai Project where organic ingredients are selected to make each individual packet of curry paste.


You will find that our Panaeng curry paste is completely Vegan friendly and Gluten free, allowing you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Thai curries. You will find on the back of the packet, a step by step recipe on how to make the Thai Curry and the additional ingrediants you will need to buy, some of which are available as part of our range of products. There is also a QR code which takes you to a quick easy to follow video to help make your curries perfect to your liking.


The Panaeng Curry paste is mild with a spice level of 2 out of 5. This curry paste is a much sweeter taste compared to other Thai curries and also does not have the same heat levels because of the sweetness. This can be adjusted with the amount of coconut milk you use in the curry to make the consistency of the curry thicker or thinner to adjust the flavour. No nuts are used in this curry paste.

    Fully refined soybean oil 20.4%, Dried red chili 15.1%,
    Lemongrass 14.1%, Thai garlic 13.6%, Shallot 10.2%, Tamarind
    paste (tamarind, water) 7.8%, Coriander 5.5%, Salt 4.4%,
    Galangal 3.9%, Cumin powder 3.1%, Kaffir lime 1.0%, Massaman
    powder (coriander powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder,
    star anise, nutmeg powder, cloves, cinnamon powder, bay
    leaves) 0.6%, White pepper powder 0.3%

    Free from all additives, artificial colours, preservatives GMO and MSG. 

  • Although very close in appearance to the red curry due to the use of dried red chili, Panaeng curry is milder than the latter. The blend and
    proportion are different which gives it a very creamy and nutty aroma. Moreover. the curry paste has a deep, sweet and woody flavor due to the presence of similar spice mixes to the Massaman curry.
