This curry sauce is not vegetarian and contains Fish sauce and Shrimp paste.

 

You will find that our allows you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Thai curries without the faff. Simply cook your veg or meat of choice and pour in the sauce, that's it!

    white pepper powder) 10.1%, Eggplant 9.0 %, Coconut sugar 3.8
    %, Sweet basil leaves 3.8 %, Water 3.6 %, Solanum 3.0 %, Fish
    sauce (anchovy (fish)
    , salt, sugar) 1.5%, Red chili 1.0 %, Kaffir
    lime 1.0 %, Garlic 0.8%, Coriander 0.6%, Shallot 0.5%, Fully refined

    Free from all additives, artificial colours, preservatives GMO and MSG, contains fish sauce and shrimp paste. 

  • The fiery hot and fruity Thai chili blend gives the paste not only its
    signature green color, but also a depth to the heat and spiciness.
    While amplifying and uniting the other flavors, the added Thai garlic
    also has its own distinctive taste which together with lemongrass adds citrus, a sweet and floral aroma and gentle pepperiness to the green curry paste. An extra pinch of nutmeg is added to bring notes of earthy sweetness to the whole mix.
